Promet, Inc. has been founded in 1985 by experienced technicians, specializing in project and construction administration services. Since 2000, Promet, Inc. has focused on eco-tourism projects.

Besides eco-tourism projects it has developed and invested in, Promet, Inc. offers services in a wide spectrum, developing projects in this field for middle-sized entrepreneurs, preparing feasibility reports, design, planning, and construction administration.

ecoclub inLycia is directed by Munevver Eminoglu.

Educated as an urban planner (METU, 1980), Eminoglu worked as urban planner until 1984. Between 1984-1988 she completed her M.A. studies in Paris and worked for UNESCO. After returning to Turkey , she directed various projects for for Promet, Inc. and other firms in the private sector and the public sector. While working as manager for the History Foundation between 1994-1997, she directed the "World City Istanbul and Housing and Settlements in Anatolia" exhibitions, along with the conversion of the old Imperial Mint Buildings buildings into exhibition spaces. Between 1997-2003, Eminoglu was the director of the Yapi Kredi Cultural Center, and actively participated in the organization of more than 100 national/international exhibitions and many cultural activities. Most recently she took part in the founding of Garanti Gallery, the first and only architecture and design gallery in Turkey, directing it for two years.

Since 2004, Munevver Eminoglu has been working to turn ecoclub inLycia into a real eco-cultural center.
